HOW TO ORDER
Ordering online is easy and the steps involved are set out below. However if you are having any difficulties please either email us at shophousetohome@cssfulfilment.co.uk or telephone us on 0844 848 2222, Calls from a BT landline will cost no more than 5p per minute.

Using the top menu along the top part of the screen to navigate to the categories you want to see.
When you find a product that you would like to buy, select the quantity you want and the colour (if applicable) then just click the "Add to Basket" button.
When you have finished shopping select "checkout" and follow the on-screen instructions.
Complete your delivery and credit/debit card details. Your transaction will be processed in a completely secure environment, and you will automatically receive an order confirmation email.

We deliver to UK Mainland Only.
DELIVERY
We endeavour to ensure all standard items are in stock and available for immediate despatch, you should expect to receive your goods within 7 days of placing your order (subject to stock availability). Contractually direct despatch suppliers have agreed to despatched within 48 hours (with the exception of customers own fabric)
Delivery of customer own fabric and hand-assembled items can take 6-8 weeks.
Occasionally we will ship your items separately or by our suppliers, this is at our cost and discretion and does not affect the price you pay. In either case please allow up to 28 days before contacting us.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR POSTAGE & PACKING?
Our normal charge for postage and packing is £2.99 per order, for heavy or bulky items we have to increase this charge to £5.99.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery, delivery of larger items may take 6-8 weeks. You will be notified if a further delay is incurred. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel any payments made by you will be refunded in full normally within 30 days.
STATUTORY RIGHTS
None of this information affects your statutory rights. We are an established UK based company, subject to UK consumer law so dealing with IPC Media shop is completely safe.
OUR GUARANTEE
Stock permitting, all orders placed are usually despatched within 24 hours and should arrive to your UK Mainland address within 7 days. This does not apply to items displayed as "out of stock".
Every care is taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction is a close representation, a very slight variation in the actual goods may occur.
